Word has it that the water was still at the level of the thru way east of Syracuse. . . . Luckily Ithaca barely got touched. It's been wet, but not bad. We're also up on South Hill a bit, so flooding isn't much of an issue. Binghamton-area seems to have gotten it the worst, with Herkimer County also getting hit badly (I grew up in Herkimer). How has it been around you? Yes! Luckily Ithaca barely got touched.
