Word has it that the water was still at the level of the thru way east of Syracuse. . . .</description>

		<description>Yes! Luckily Ithaca barely got touched. It's been wet, but not bad. We're also up on South Hill a bit, so  flooding isn't much of an issue. Binghamton-area seems to have gotten it the worst, with Herkimer County also getting hit badly (I grew up in Herkimer).

How has it been around you?</description>
