Published May 25th, 2006 in Meals, MeatTonight’s dinner of filet mignon from Niman Ranch (along with leftover mashed red potato/fennel and broccoli with oil/balsamic/oj dressing) was good and supertender, but anytime I have filet mignon (which is not that often, but still), I can’t help but think that I would enjoy a ribeye much more. They just don’t have that much taste.
