I finally took the initiative (as Joe kept forgetting) to use the gift certificate that we got for Niman Ranch from my aunts/uncles/grandma on my dad’s side for Christmas. So the following should be arriving on Thursday:

- Two 7oz beef filet mignon steaks
- the Jambon Royal
- some meaty pork bones (I use them a lot for soup)

and then, as a bonus, some Uncured Salame Nostrano was added to my order.

Total meatness abounds!
